How cold does it get in phoenix arizona during the winter and when does it start getting cold?

It does not get cold, only cool.
Once in a great while we get what they call a hard frost.
Winter is the best time of year here.
Gets cooler towards the end of Oct.
Seeing that the bees are working very hard, this winter may be a frost one.
